This film is the short answer to three questions we get asked a lot — who we are, how we got here, and why we approach AI and technology differently.

Halo is a small, senior team of technologists, designers and strategists. We've spent the last decade shipping production systems across health, finance, hospitality and creative industries — the kind of work where the cost of getting it wrong is real.

That experience taught us something the AI industry seems to keep forgetting: the technology is the means, not the message. We treat AI as a tool that has to earn its place, paired with the warmth, craft and clarity that make working with us feel less like hiring a vendor and more like adding to your team. Every engagement starts with a person, a problem, and a measurable outcome — the tech only shows up where it genuinely moves the needle.
